Lost ID is this a joke?!! ( self )

I ordered a few weeks ago from Lost Identification while the sale was going on. His CS gave me a final price for the 11 ids I ordered . The amount he gave me was not the same as what appeared on my computer screen and after i asked him about it after already sending him the money, he simply asks if i can send the balance of what the computer says and he would send me a refund .... I didn’t agree to it and within 20 minutes he said it was confirmed and that I didn’t have to send any additional money ..... when the ids arrived there was only ONE id out of ELEVEN in the envelope . Is this guy fucking serious? Lol

instead of posting, contact them on there forum. sounds like a miscommunication at first. then your other ids are probably shipping separately... lost og and been around years no need to post about it when this can be solved privately
