Intro - pretty cool, won during spring break. won and just sold to friend for a small price.
Uncertainty Factor - med - barbook provided by yours truly, budgetnoveltys. and an ugly ass id that friend paid $100 for and its trash.
Communication - 10/10 - didn't claim for about 2 weeks. Emailed just said what to do to claim and yea pretty gucci flip flops.
Cost - x/10 - budget has good prices, believe he has ids for as low as $18
Shipping - 8/10 - took about 3 weeks. He did say there was delays for the winning contest so no worries.
Stealth - 10/10 - domestic, doesn't really matter but very cute.
Photoshop - 9/10 - good photoshop nice shadows , ugly boi but not much u can do to fix his face.
Template - 9/10 - pretty gucci. Budget has the best MO on the forums. just based off glance very nice print. eveyrthigs nice whatever. passable for sure. Everything looks great no complaints.

Scanning - 10/10 - scans on bcs
Signature - 10/10 - good
Conclusion - 9/10 - no ID is perfect, but this MO is the best and very good.
