Honestly tho - the way that OIS, g0d, and other international vendors have been shipping varies so much nowadays.
As well, with influxes of packages from sites like Wish.com, Geek.com, and others, it becomes harder and harder for CPB to discern what is an illegal package vs a normal package of random Chinese bullshit. They cannot search every package on reasonable suspicion that it resembles a "giftbox product" as these are the same types of giftbox products that have gotten popular on wish... That is the most I can say without violating a rule
