It’s just a secondary. Doesn’t have you in any MMJ database(s). I had one when they were new. The card was a bit blurry but honestly, shit worked as my secondary after my military ID and debit cards were “a bit suspicious”.

I think this is not legal to purchase this. We can even have a jail if this has been found with us.
