Where I'm from PA is definitely the most commonly faked state at this point. I've seen a lot of PA fakes from a lot of different vendors so I know what they get right and what they tend to get wrong. Over time, vendors have realized the popularity of this state and they slowly work out all the kinks. It's clear evolved has put some work into perfecting this ID and I'd say from the start it's probably the best nPA you can buy for the money.

The colors and template are pretty standard, they pop more than on the real ID, but this is something people almost never catch. Something that a lot of vendors mess up on is the OVI, which they nailed here, it's not faded and it's not too flashy. They also have the real ID star, which a lot of vendors were behind on adding. The perfs look good in the light, but they are a little too obvious when not in the light and obscure the ghost image more than on a real. This also isn't a big deal, I've rarely seen this get checked. The one flaw that this ID has that most nPAs do is that there is no back lam, which is the main thing I have seen these IDs get taken for. I would consider adding this because it's one of thing I think most bouncers have been catching on to. The UV looks good, but I don't think I've ever seen a bouncer check UV on a PA.

This ID is for people who need a cheap that works for most of the east coast. This is a solid ID that will get you anything at a liquor sotre or gas station, but be careful of bars with bouncers, if they're notorious for catching fakes, they could get this one. However, this is a great starter ID imo, nPA is the first ID I ever got and it served me well. I'm sure this ID will do the same for you.
