Does Lost update from Order Confirmed to Shipped? ( self )

Title. First time reselling lost and my customers are up my ass about knowing if it’s shipped or not. I know they don’t give tracking but do they Atleast update the order status from confirmed to shipped?

1st tip for a reseller is to tell them don't ask about the ids until the expected time arrives, so if the website advertises 1-3 weeks, tell them "order is in, message me in 3 weeks for update."

I'd contact their CS to double check. DFIDs said they would update mine to shipped manually when they got the time after they checked (after I contacted them). It's all in the vendor. Tons of orders and tons of things to not keep track of. Listen to what pepper40020 said and just contact CS if they don't arrive within the advertised date. To make sure they do arrive without looking like a total cuck, tell them to verify with you "if it scans with BCS or not so you can verify if it needs a replacement" or whatever story you want.

We do not. I may change this in the near future but for now we do not. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of the time payment is submitted
