[Reseller] Cust. Use passport photo, came out bad wwyd? ( self )

Didn't realize it but one of my orders used a passport photo and it came out pretty bad lol. Honestly I think it could still work but it's a slim chance especially since his background is the wrong color. The order was also super delayed because of corona. They paid very little tho so I'm kinda on the fence. Idk if I should refund his or what.

Nah tell him he fucked up and it was on his behalf too. If it’s really not that much then I’d refund him just to be nice / gain a better reputation

If u plan to continue u dont need enemies , tell him he fucked up and show him say u can keep or get a refun it's your choice. u dont want people unhappy they talk and u dont want that for a few bucks loss.

Tbh as the reseller its your responsibility to check out the details you’re sending off before you do. If you charged him enough for a little profit you could tell him you’ll take half the blame and cover half for a new id using the profit from the first one and getting him to cough up the other half
