Ok, so this is going to be a bit shorter of a review because of a few things: I didn't realize when I ordered this that this was the older Washington template which hasn't been issued since around 2016-17. This was completely my bad for not noticing this, but I have seen a lot of this older templates because I lived in the PNW for many years - unfortunately everyone I know including myself only has the newer regular or enhanced ID to compare to. So since I don't have a physical, take this review with a grain of salt, and I won't be giving anything strict number scores like I usually do.
The ID itself is actually pretty solid. The old WA was made of teslin I believe so it is a lot thinner than the new ones and most other state IDs, which many of my friends believed to be a flaw with my old FYD from years ago; however I compared that ID to real ones and the thinness was on point - this one feels about the same, maybe a bit more accurate and sturdy.
Communication with evolved is awesome. He was (might still be) extremely active on his reddit before it got shut down, and updated his site on an almost weekly basis with information. He was having problems with customs for a long while but they got it all sorted out now.
Cost is a bit pricey for an old template, but if you're 20 and you only need this ID for a bit, you could probably pass as 24 with an ID that's issued a few years ago... WA IDs expire every 5 years I believe.
No stealth cuz they're domestic but that isn't a problem for me. If it is for you, you might just wanna go with another vendor. Shipping time itself was a few months but like I said, it was because of problems with reshippers and customs which have all been sorted now. I've ordered with evolved before and it came in the expected wait period. After they ship it out, it takes only a few days because USPS is fast af (at least in my areas).
Template is actually really accurate as far as I remember. The fonts all look correct and it has the correct text on the back. Has the right OVI and a high quality UV as well.
(No microprint, but I don't think the real oWA enhanced had one either, unlike the oWA regular which had the words "WASHINGTON [or maybe STATE OF WASHINGTON? It's been a while]" written underneath the big state logo text.
Photoshop: Ok, so my real WA has one of the most fucked pictures ever so I don't really know what to compare it to (head is tilted, heavy shadows everywhere, idk wtf the dmv was on, but I took it around the time this ID was still being made). But this one looks accurate in terms of cropping, bg color, and shadows - compared to my roommates u21 physical from around that time.
Scans on BCS, but the +4 zip only shows 1 digit which I have never been stopped before because of, despite having other IDs which do this as well.
Overall, the ID itself is pretty good if you look older. Has accurate enough colors and fonts for out of state usage. Unfortunately, my issue date was 2019 so I probably won't be able to use it anywhere in state as they will def be able to tell.
