I've got a website with lots of EDU/college content, and i've been trying to monetize with fake ID offers.
I tried some other sites and their CVR was either shit or their support was non existant. I found 21done.ph through this forum and have been sending all my traffic to it. Even though they only have Illinois Ids, it's the highest converting program yet. They got free samples so I assume that helps a lot, even if people are from California.
Their payments are quick too, always within an hour of when I make a BTC payment request.

Definitely one of the best fake id sites to promote if you are an affiliate.
