I have been a long time customer of FYD, like 6+ years. I put an order in ~6 weeks ago for the first time in a while and the status hasn't changed once from "in progress". My support tickets get deleted the day after submitting them and I have seen no update on the news section of the site nor here. I am just hoping for some transparency for when I can expect these IDs. This turnaround time is kinda crazy to not have any communication regarding why its taking so long.
