Shipping: 9/10 the order processing system never updated but I got my ID in less than 8 weeks after ordering it, with COVID this is totally understandable and I expected it having ordered during one of there sales

Support: 10/10 was able to speak to them via this forum as well as a support ticket that they have setup on there site, very convienent, very quick

ID: IL(9/10), CT (6/10) so in terms of the actual ID, the Illinois ID came out amazing, you can easily see holograms and it follows the new Illinois format, the lighting on the picture is also good with the shadow being easily seen and not mistaken. Both ID’s feel solid and scan as well as pass the bend test. However, the crop for the photo on the CT was below average with a piece of the photo being a different color than the actual background, the photo having followed all of the rules in my opinon should of been cropped better. It’s gonna be linked below for anyone to see, other than that the ID is solid following the new CT format, hopefully it's passable even with this mark. If not hopefully I can get a replacement for this one in the next couple weeks.
