evolved nPA review (medium-high UF) ( self )

i paid for the ID but will receive a refund in exchange for review. i'm posting one here until the one on the main page gets posted. i have a U21 PA in hand and am comparing to my evolved nPA O21.

Communication: 10/10, replied to all my inquiries in 24 hours. Cost: 7/10. for those not getting one in exchange for a review i would definitely say it's on the pricier side at $115.

Shipping: 7/10. Placed my order on May 7th and it arrived on June 3rd. (~ 4 weeks) If my order didn't get seized by customs it would've taken about 3 weeks but this took 4. Nonetheless package was stealthy and trackable.

Photoshop: 8/10 The photoshop itself is DMV quality and it looks like a DMV photo, but real PA ID's don't show the shoulders. they're often much more zoomed in.

Template: 7/10 The template is pretty good but the colors are a bit more saturated than a real PA. for example the back on this fake is much darker than a real PA. Compared to my U21, it feels a little flimsy. In addition, my headshot in this shows the shoulders when i've seen 4 or 5 real U21 PA ID's (including my own) and they all have it cropped above the shoulders (see pics). other than that the template is pretty spot on and it should be able to pass out of state.

holograms/OVI/UV: 8/10. holos and OVI match the ID; however the word "liberty" is very visible in evolved's id but is nearly impossible to see and photograph in a real PA, where it is extremely subtle. didn't test the UV but 90% of bars i've gone to don't use a UV so its fine for me.

scanning: 10/10 tested it out and works perfectly fine.

signature: perfect thickness and looks just like the one on my real U21.

PA is fucking stupid. i went to the dmv and immediately asked what that means and by "real ID" they mean it's not valid as a FEDERAL id. they should've called it "not for federal ID purposes" but they just decided to make it say "not for real ID purposes." essentially you can still use the ID everywhere except as federal identification at an airport, because you would need to show a passport instead. you can google it but it still annoys the hell out of me

oh lol, because it cost an extra $30 and you needed to bring your OG birth certificate + passport + social security card i think. too much effort for me lmao

Dude I haven’t been to the dmv in 3 years and I fly a lot. We have time and u can also use ur passport card

I know more than a year is a while, but if you’re going to the DMV you might as well go all out and get the real ID

Passport cards aren't really common, the only people that would have them are those that travel into Canada/Mexico regularly

The passport thing has always just been one of the forms of ID for flying to make it easy for people who for whatever reason might not have their DL or State ID on them, however the reason you would now need it with a non compliant Real ID is the idea that anyone attempting to board under false pretenses would not be able to obtain a false DL and passport.... not sure how effective that will be at stopping that type of shit but thats the reasoning.
