Well im not an expert on Florida, but I think the mag stripe got phased out last August, making it less likely for an ID issued in November to have it..

the template front and back are pretty far off can tell it looks like lost version of fl i mean template they made tbh OIS template is closest to real fl check out theres only there colors are slightly off but there template is on point whatever printer is being used just doesnt have enough dpi
