Does anyone have experience with the Fine Wine & Good Spirits liquor stores in PA? They are government regulated so I'm not sure whether if they're strict or lenient.

Every establishment serving alcohol in the United States is 'government regulated' in one way or another.

True, but these stores are actually owned by the state itself and I'm not sure if that makes it riskier.
