This week as been a shit show fuck that ddos. New site is up orders are open. Order NOW

Luckily there were only about 3-4 orders in queue, only TN all other states shipped, if you were one of those go submit a new order and email us all you order info(shipping address, order number, and btc address you paid). [email protected]

EDIT: The mods should be adding the new site to the vvl soon I have been in contact with them, ALso for some reason I am no longer to upvote/downvote post, weird.

Hosting service won't let us access our epp code because they shut us down for fraud, so we can't transfer it off their registry

The hosting service cannot give you the EPP code because it was not them that suspended your domain. They only suspended your website due to DDOS. Not the domain.

Your domain was hosted with publicdomainregistry which is known to suspend a domain upon a first report. I use to have the same problem, to confirm this you can view your whois info and you'll see that the registrar (publicdomainregistry manually suspended your domain due to a report) - https://gyazo.com/8f9cf1ccb8a65d6335c9638316d801b6

When a domain is suspended like that the hosting provider cannot do anything about it. You can contact the publicdomainregistry like I told you and they will give you 7-14 days to transfer the domain out.

Just tell them the domain isn't linking to anything like that anymore and that you would like to transfer the domain off their service as it was not anything about that in their terms. Remind them that according to icann they're required to let you transfer your domain with a reasonable time frame.
