You definitely can. I don't know about the terms of coinbase specifically, but there have been instances where people used fake IDs to setup accounts on asset based websites, and then when asked for further verification to withdraw funds, they can't provide further ones. I wouldn’t really recommend it but it’s worth a shot I suppose. Just be careful, play stupid games win stupid prizes..
