IDGOD order never shipped, never given tracking number ( self )

Hey y'all, i attempted to order a set of IDs all the way back in June and still have hard nothing back from them. I sent them the money transfer tracking number and everything, and it shows that it has been picked up, yet no word on anything. I tried emailing the two email address I see listed, and I've heard no response, despite emailing everyday. It seems like I've just been shit out of luck scammed, which I found weird because all of my friends have found the site to be quite reliable. Does anybody have any tips for me? I'm really hoping I can get something going or I've just lost all my money.
