Communication: 10/10 I didn’t even know that was an option in this market. Most vendors I heard don’t even give you an option to contact them. Not ID Viking. they understands customer service and are truly trying to retain their customers and make new ones return. I’ve never had an easier experience and honestly, I didn’t even stress once about receiving these. I had full confidence in them from the start and it was really great experience.
