Ordered 2 id's 2 weeks ago and they are still marked as in progress. I was under the impression that turnaround time was about 2 weeks.

Mine took a month to deliver. He delivers, but takes him a while sadly..

They take at least 3 weeks from my experience. I ordered 23 days ago and it was just now marked as shipped. If it's 3 weeks and it still says "in progress," submit a ticket.

I ordered only 5 days ago and my order already says completed? I never saw in progress, it just went straight to completed from payment received. Is that normal?

I ordered quite recently as well and can confirm my status went from payment received to Completed. I am confused about this as well
