Best ID for $50 or less to use in WI? ( self )

As the title states, looking for the best ID that's no more than $50. Friends want nIL more than anything but might get Evolved nPA. If I were to go with nIL would FYD be the best option? Thanks for any help.

the cheapest nIL (and probably the best) is 21Done's nIL, i think he is still doing his $50 promo rn for just one person. It would be less if you have more people. Here is a link to his website.
I don't use nIL in wisconsin tho, it's a very commonly faked state there. I use nPA at Milwaukee bars and haven't had any troubles
