If an ID doesn’t have any ear shadows will it be obvious that it is a fake? This is for a nIL ID. Everything on it looks good and even the picture quality is good but it just doesn’t have any ear shadows so I was wondering if that could possibly be a giveaway

On a new IL maybe...on most newer ones there's not much ear shadow even on my real. However I'm speaking for black and white pics

It really depends on the cutout.
If you have ears that protrude away from your face to such a degree that they should be creating a shadow, yes, most bouncers will spot that regardless of the state or anything else.
If you have shoulder length hair, ears that appear almost elfish in their appearance, you would have little to no ear shadow IRL.
