21Dones lack of a stable timeframe ( self )

I’m frustrated with 21Done, as I placed my order November 15th and it still hasn’t shipped out. For the past week they have kept saying that my packaged will be shipped out in the next day or two, and then when I ask them why it hasn’t shipped out, they say next day or two again. Now they are saying that my order will “probably be shipped out this weekend”. There excuse last week was that they didn’t want to ship out my package because thanksgiving, and that packages get lost. I’m tired of excuse after excuse. Anyone else having this same problem?

All orders in the system have shipped, tracking posted, and tracking scanned and updated by USPS.

Yup same here ordered November 19th still no tracking order and says processing. Where were you contacting them ? I've left tickets and Private dms on here still no response

yea its really annoying that he just stopped the batch system or some shit even if he's backed up he should stop taking new orders that will just back him up more, would recommend any new ppl looking to buy to stay away from 21done until its resolved, he's been ghosting my tickets about shipping too when just a couple days before he replied in hours

dont really know any, 21done is domestic so he's gonna be the fastest over international anyway, gl w the college kids

i ordered nov 14th and haven't. i'm surprised 21done hasn't said anything or that there isn't more posts on forum about it

btw you can set up a thing by USPS called "informed delivery" and it will let you see whats coming in the mail for you and you'll probably be able to see once it has shipped before 21done sends out tracking numbers

Yea this is getting kinda weird , this happened once before and they made a brief post about it on their website this time it’s nothing but the tracker has went down once again. If we don’t get nothing this week might be even crazier I hope they are exit scamming worst case scenario but yes I have informed delivery check it every morning

yea but i mean if they exitted at least just tell me so I can buy off someone else and don't have to keep checking my mailbox, also the fakeidvendors site keeps going offline for me too so I can even check in with u guys, lets make a wicker gc or something lol

i was wondering if it was an exit scam as well (because they haven't said anything, are still accepting orders, don't reply to support tickets or dms, and haven't followed through on OP saying it would be shipped during the weekend). if by tracker you mean the batch countdown thing at the top of the page then that goes down every week for a day or 2 after the countdown gets to 0 (at least, that's what I've noticed so far)

Stick to threads referencing your business so I don't make a hobby out of putting myself in threads about yours.

That is not how our system works. Taking new orders does not "back us up more" or anything like that. We can hammer through thousands of IDs in a single day, it has more to do with the logistics of getting all hands on deck and runners in place to make drops, with production being fully operational at the time being in a safe reliable location. You created an account to make comments like this, 10 or so of them it seems. Hopefully you put as much enthusiasm into writing a review about the product to help potential customers make an informed decision.

Yea page was down. Honestly it dose seem like exit but lets hope not! I got a CA from 5th floor same day i ordered from 21done still havent got any response from any dm or tickets from both 21 done and 5th floor hope.im not out 350

5th floor will take forever but it will come & 21 done I hope they’re just backed up man that’s crazy I spent a lot of money with them

I imagine you've made quite a bit of money from what you've spent. Have a little confidence in your investment. We aren't packing up anytime soon, and if we do, we'll do it with a notice and a final batch announcement. Not by stealing a couple batches worth of money that we didn't earn.

I personally stepped away for a bit and we had some staff problems that resulted in quality issues. To fix that, production had to be moved and restarted which is complete and all is well now.

We fell behind a few batches over this but things are corrected now and quality is back to the high standard we've always had.

Batch shipments will now go back to week after week consistency as they always had been before.

We shipped out thousands of IDs getting caught up. All orders in the system now have tracking, which will update when scanned into USPS system tonight or tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.
