I personally stepped away for a bit and we had some staff problems that resulted in quality issues. To fix that, production had to be moved and restarted which is complete and all is well now.

We fell behind a few batches over this but things are corrected now and quality is back to the high standard we've always had.

Batch shipments will now go back to week after week consistency as they always had been before.

We shipped out thousands of IDs getting caught up. All orders in the system now have tracking, which will update when scanned into USPS system tonight or tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.

Was wondering why the last ones I ordered looked like dogshit. I've ordered before and know many people that have and they've always looked good. Last batch I ordered were all bent, a weird material, coloring off, photoshop off.

So everything is fixed now? I ordered one a few months ago (I think like July or august) and the edges were jagged, peeling, colors off, etc. I mean it was a decent ID and the photoshop was great, but I expected more with the hype. If y’all got it fixed from that I’d definitely order again.
