COST: 10/10 - They are currently running a “fiftyoff” coupon which is amazing. If you group order, you can save even more. Paid $114 for 2 IDs(with duplicates).

COMMUNICATION: 8/10 - They respond fairly quickly and care about their customers. Only thing is - I wish they would be more specific in their answers. When I asked certain things, I got one word responses. BUT this isn’t negative AT ALL. Their customer service is amazing.

SHIPPING: 10/10 - They use a weekly batch system. Batches end every Monday at midnight. I ordered my IDs on a Friday morning at 6am and received them by Saturday afternoon(the following week) with USPS priority shipping, which is free for orders over $100. That’s a VERY quick turn around time, not to mention that they are US based which means NO RISK of customs seizures.

TEMPLATE/SIG/HOLOS: I don't have a real nIL to compare this to, however nothing sticks out as fake. VERY HIGH QUALITY.

PHOTOSHOP: 10/10 - Photoshop looks AMAZING.

SCANNING: 10/10 - Scans perfectly, even passes Age ID(which I confirmed because I have an account).

Lastly, I’d like to highly recommend 21Done. It is the safest and quickest option. I would not order from a chinese based company because who wants to risk being caught before you even receive the ID? I have already used the ID at Target and it works great.
