Is this normal? Logic tells me this is because no one was home to sign for the package however my anxious ass thinks it is a whole sting op. Should I be worried or just pick up the pack.

They will retry 3 times before returning to sender if someone isn't home.

my bud went to get ids from fedex, when he got their they said they were under investegation and he should sign for them he just yeeted out of there
