Old Ironsides Question ( self )

So im about to place a 25+ ID order from Old IronSides Just had acouple questions before I place. Ive read all this great stuff about thier custermer service but have emailed them got a response, then emailed back twice and never heard back.

I was wondering if the ID's where confiscated in the shipping process, would they be replaced. Also I read that someone needed to physically pick them up from the store. Is this for all orders/ is there a way to avoid this? Finally has anyone heard of not reciving a bog 25+ order, or been scammed by them? Thanks

OIS has great customer service. Not sure why they wouldn’t be replying to emails, try contacting through wickr. But they do replace IDs if they were seized by customs from what i have read, and they have not scammed anyone, they are on the VVL after all. Good luck!
