Old Ironside Not sending ID or responding ( self )

Is Old Ironside down right now? My girlfriend put in an order for multiple IDs and she received an email with her Tracking number and that that it should arrive in a few days. It's been over a week and after talking with Fedex on the phone they said they haven't recieved a physical package. We tried emailing old Ironside and got no replies so we're wondering if this was a scam or did something happen?

Super profesional got back to us via email. Their was a delay in shipping due to holiday and we got a status update from fedex a few hours later just like they promised. Will let you know when the IDs arrive.
