Where to get hard liquor in Ohio? ( self )

Since coming to Ohio for college I've only been able to find diluted vodka and tequila that's only 21% abv. How can I find somewhere that has actual hard liquor?

No lmao only police have access to data bases. Don’t really worry about box scanners eaither because almost no liqour store can afford that.
