The only thing you're rolling the dice on is how long it'll take to get to you. I would say to go for it if you don't mind waiting. his IDs are really fucking good it's just whether or not they get seized. If they don't, 2-4 weeks, if they do, 1-2.5 months

His packages were getting screwed during CNY, but it seems like it was a common issue because the same thing was happening to OIS. He has his own reddit sub you can try and contact him through that.
