Using id at resort in mexico? ( self )

Would they be suspicious? My main fear is whether or not they check passports because then i'd be fucked. But if they just ask for id I should be fine, right? Anyone know the policies?

At like a bar? Yeah, you can probably use it as they wouldn't expect you to have your passport outside your room.

To check in? I wouldn't try it.

I can't see Mexico caring about fakes let alone your age lol. When I was in the Caribbean they did not give a shit to check ID bc the age is lower in the rest the world
