Hey everyone,
I just received two IDs from ***, and after opening the package I immediately noticed a large defect on one card; the DOB is missing a large, bold digit in the bottom right corner. https://i.postimg.cc/dVXgcBWm/IMG-1710.jpg
I DM'd ** on the forum and left a service ticket on their site but have yet to hear back.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there any way I'd be able to recieve a new batch to replace these? If this happened to one, I imagine the second will be close to follow with a similar defect.

EDIT: Removed vendor name for now, waiting for customer support response (as per suggestion) to see if I can get it resolved behind the scenes.
