FYD, What’s been going on? ( self )

I ordered an ID on the 14th of September and have yet to receive it. I know the first send out was seized but after I talked to your CS for a reprint I’ve only been met with vague responses and no real idea as to when it will will arrive other than “coming out soon” a few days ago. I’m pretty disappointed that the reprint didn’t meet your advertised 2 weeks, unless it has already been shipped and just hasn’t been updated. I guess I’m just looking for a response better than “coming out soon”.

Also if an order is seized and we have to reprint it it's quite obvious it won't make the advertise turnaround. We don't ship that way anyways anymore. Your order just arrived in the USA today so ships tn.
