Intro: Got Nevada and Pennsylvania from Noble a few days ago and just writing the review now so that I don’t forget like I have with a few other IDs (sorry to the other vendors I’m still catching up)
Uncertainty factor: High – only have barbook and online pictures to go off, and my barbook scan is not the best.
Cost: 80 bucks for an ID is not bad at all, however it might be priced like this because Nevada is a less common state so my guess would be they sell less of them than others.
Communication: Really nice and fast. Noble is on discord as well as having very fast response times via email and the FIDV forums. I’ve never really had a bad interaction with them.
Shipping: Holy. Shit. The extra rush shipping is 30 dollars and it is probably the only vendor where rush is worth paying for, especially overseas. Order placed on the 10th, told me it was finished by the 11th night, shipped on the 13th, arrived at my door 16th afternoon (DHL had the estimated date as the 21st). 6 day from order placed to door is actually insane, especially considering that it had to cross US customs. Noble ships rush through DHL or FEDEX I believe, which are often faster than USPS, as well as prioritizing your order. I’ve had another order from Noble come within 4 days as well to a different state, actually insane.
Photoshop: Comparing to real pictures, it looks like the picture might be missing slight shadows below the ears, however I don’t think it looks bad at all; sometimes the fakes can come out looking like a cardboard cutout but this isn’t the case with Noble. Background color also looks almost the exact same. Overall, clean work and I don’t have any major complaints.
Template: Honestly, I’m quite impressed with this ID’s template. All the fonts and graphics seem to match up well in terms of color and sizing. Normally, I am pretty nitpicky with template details and will point out even small things, but I genuinely can’t see much difference. Pretty much everything seems identical, except the colors maybe being just barely too dark, something which you couldn’t tell unless you had a real ID side by side with it.
Look and Feel: I would compare the thickness of this ID to that of Illinois, Teslin material. Not sure how real is supposed to feel as again I’m only using pictures.
Security Features: Holograms look nice and crisp. Perfs of the state outline are clean and the holes are small, look exactly like they’re supposed to (almost invisible unless a light is shone behind the card). Ghost image colors look good, basically just a more transparent version of the main pic. There is supposed to be microprinting which gets just a little bit blurry when looked at through a macro lens but I forgot to get pictures of it so I will try to update later
Signature: Not much to say, looks like the one I submitted. Thickness looks just a bit thinner than the sample one in the book, but the same thickness as the real one I’m looking at. No complaints.
Conclusion: Overall, I am actually very impressed with Noble’s work on this ID. I wish I could have had a real ID in hand to compare directly, but hopefully I did a good job covering the features. I always caution against using an ID in state, but this ID would almost certainly work in California or Arizona, pretty much any state around the Southwest. Just don’t be trying to get into a casino with it
Pics: Sorry there’s only one pic, I’m not home and had to have a friend take the picture and he didn’t really know what he was doing. I will try and update this review in the future.
