Ordered my ID back on December 14th. Messaged support numerous times on updates and they told me that it was in process. The photo I sent was bad so I retook it and sent it on December 24th. They said I could receive it by Christmas but that’s my fault. It’s been a month later, they told me the picture was good and that the status was changed but it was not. Any recommendations?
