Is there an advantage to having a 1:1 barcode though if it scans on BCS or another scanner anyways? I'm genuinely curious

Yes:

1) BCS isn't the only app that tries to differentiate fakes, and other higher end apps used by clubs and such can pick up on these details. Your Lucy ID will work at these higher end venues, the "ID that only passes BCS" will not.

2) BCS gets updated pretty frequently and what passes today may not pass tomorrow. Having a perfect barcode like what you get on Lucy means your ID is futureproof, and that it is not possible, ever, for BCS to release an update that accurately marks your Lucy ID as fake.

What it means is it will scan everywhere the same way a real one will. Mos tof the others are just making them basic enough to fool an app like bcs.

So ur ids would work at a casino?

Casinos don't care at all (like they will probably not ID you) until you win.

Once you win they're going to look up your information against a database, and if you win big enough it'll get sent to the IRS. This isn't something any ID is going to help you with even if you had a perfect one since the information is still not going to be in the correct government database.

This means our IDs will, however, work at very high end clubs and venues that use high end custom scanners.

Definitely plan on buying one soon. Why $50 for a duplicate? Would you guys consider making dupes cheaper if you buy more? Ex, 1= $50 3=$110

We do have promos from time to time you can catch but beyond that we want to take the time to make each individual ID good vs. setting up an assembly line to pump out a whole bunch; dupes aren't any cheaper labor wise then to make.

That said part of getting a nicer ID is it shouldn't have to be replaced anywhere near as often, and you can order a dupe at any time in the future you want.

Well I mean they kinda are, cause it's not like you have to do RTP again to make the dupe.

Our RTP process is almost completely automated, way more so than you'd probably think, so the amount we save on printing a dupe vs a new ID is really negligible - way more so than any other vendor. Most of the cost is in the physical labor of actually producing the ID.

Edit: Our system actually automatically generates a new RTP every time you order a reprint, it's why you can always order a reprint and get the absolute latest version of our template every time.
