My package made it to Chicago, but it is stuck in U.S. customs for the past week does that mean it is seized. Or is it just delayed?

if it is indeed seized, do not acknowledge the package or that you ever ordered anything! Customs may send a letter just ignore it and forget about it

If it does get seized OIS will send you a new one; I think you need to give it a few more days in US Customs to see what happens. just contact their CS team

Customs can take a minute a lot of times, I would wait another week.
