Order Form Bug Found/Fixed
Sup everybody...So we made some updates to our order form a few weeks ago when we added some new states and there was a minor bug that went unnoticed. Basically it caused the hair/eye color fields to use the defaults and ignored what was entered on the order form.
If you noticed your order has been on RTPcompleted for awhile now, its because we had to redo all the files for those orders so they showed the correct hair/eye color on the IDs. If you ordered and received IDs with brown hair/eye color and its incorrect please read the following instructions to get reprints:

Make a new order for the people that got incorrect IDs. Only order the people that had bad information. We will check.

Submit a new ticket via the Contact page. Make note of your Ticket number/ID

In your ticket please include the old order number of the IDs you received, the names and states of the people that had incorect hair/eye colors, and the new order number.
- If you give us all the requested info in your first ticket, you will be taken care of quickly.
I will be getting a list of all the new order numbers from my CS by the end of each week. So please don't spam my CS with whats going on with your order or when you think they'll arrive. Your order status for the new order will update just like your old one did
