IDVIKING Peeling ID < 2 months :( ( link )

I purchased an ID from IDViking last year. Hardly used it for a month and it started peeling at one of the corners, making it completely unusable! I tried to go to their website to leave a review and try to dispute the issue and discovered that no where on their website are customers allowed to submit a review. I have images that I wanted to attach showing how bad the peeling is, but could not find anywhere to post a review or the images. I contacted their support and sent an email from the chain of emails with my original email, but have not gotten a response yet.

As someone who is familiar with an Illinois ID, their ID is noticeably fake because it has a matte surface finish, not the typical glossy finish.

Would not recommend!!

We did respond.

You ordered almost a full year ago. Firstly, we don't keep customer print files that long, for your safety.

Secondly, one card is peeling a little bit, but your other one is fine. This is why everyone gets a free duplicate.

We offered you 50% off a new order, which is a great deal considering again that your original order is almost a year old.

Lastly, instead of complaining online, you can fix this issue quite easily on your end. Just order a $10-$20 laminator on amazon, laminator will arrive via prime the same day you order it, then run the cards through the laminator once or twice and return the laminator for a full refund.  Same day solution. :) use a tiny bit of adhesive if you need to but just a hot setting on the laminator will do the trick.

Illinois does not have a glossy finish I think we would know go fuck with someone else's income. Why would you go to leave a review instead of just sending them a message? You didn't rush to leave them a review prior to it peeling. Funny how that works.
