Which one is better the new or old OIS CA? Also I look young so should I get the u21 or is the o21 a better ID?

So since the new CA I’d recently came out then I couldn’t get the u21 unless I changed my birthday so it was recently?

You can get the U21 if you make the issue date on or after Jan 22nd, 2018. DOB is less important, just make it a DOB that you could possibly have a U21 for
