I ordered an id with rush production on tuesday, according to the site the next rush period was today (thursday) and with rush it should have been processed and shipped today. however the status is still at payment received. whats the move

In my experience I didn’t even get the shipped update until I already had it.

Whats the move is you be patient and wait.. sometimes they dont update sometimes it get seized, but most of the time it comes within 2 weeks.

Mine took over a week to ship then another couple days to arrive which sucks b/c I bought rush with the assumption that they'd arrive sooner. I contacted CS and they said it's cause they're shipping from the Chinese office.

thank you sm, glad to hear im not the only one. at least it sounds like rush does come at least sooner than regular!

That is still pretty fast my man.. It use to be the case that you would have to wait 3-6weeks to get your ID(even with express shipping).

Yeah, I totally get that and it was nice to get them in ~1 week. My only issue was that they advertised a much faster turn around, but it's still not a huge deal cause it was still fast.
