I placed a 10 person order 2 nights ago, and immediately payment the site crashed and has not been up since. I have been unable to submit my payment confirmation website because of this. I have screenshots of my payment confirmation and it’s confirmation on the blockchain. I have sent an email and have heard nothing. Help anyone??? Are they exit scamming?

Hey, have you heard anything back? I've been using them for the past year with no issue for my orders and trying to place another to find the website down these past couple of days.
