Hello my fellow degenerates,

We will temporarily closing orders while we make improvements on our template! The following things will be changed:

Added Back text

Adjustments to ghost image filter

Adjustments to the 2d barcode

All pending orders (Order status: 'paidawaitingedit' or 'awaitingProduction') and future orders (including duplicates) will be of this latest version! We will reopen to orders on the 28th! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to open a ticket on our website!

MI has been rolling out a new barcode version recently. So our generator based on the info you put will pick between one of the now 3 different MI barcode modules to use.

Your old barcodes are still true 1:1 and should continue to work as expected (we aren't fixing the old one rather we're adding an entirely new one and both are still actively being used in orders). I am pretty sure we are the first and currently only barcode generator to do this.

Where are you guys on the whole MI raised text debate these days, is it worth imitating even though it's only in one place on the temp and pretty low quality on the actual ID? I've never had anyone check for it but I could be in the minority here

Not worth the effort. Even when we did offer it as an upgrade it was usually out of state people (who didn't know just how unnoticeable it was) who ordered it... then when they got their ID, ordered the regular non-raised versions for their friends.

Are the changes worth ordering a dupe for? Mine hasn’t even shipped yet so I think it’s getting the barcode done, but in regards to the template?

If your order has not yet been produced, the ID you will receive will be our newer version. These IDs will be produced when we reopen. Thanks and apologies for the delays!

Sorry I should've clarified: ID has been produced (now shipped), but was marked paidAwaitingfinalization before you guys announced the v5 update(3/16). I assume I will get the v5 updated barcode (since it was shipped after 3/22), but in regards to other v5 updates (ie template, ghost, etc.): is it worth ordering a dupe to have the latest version? Or are the changes not important enough to order one just to order one. I have a buddy of mine ordering one soon and don't want any differences between mine and his since his will obviously be a v5. Not complaining about wait time by the way! No complaints here, just a question that wasn't important enough to open a ticket for.
