Evolved OH in-state was taken ( self )

My OH was taken in-state over the weekend by a really bitchy girl at a ga station. I have an idea of a way to get it back but it's probably dumb/risky, I was thinking of calling and complaining to a manager that their employee took my "real" ID and see if they give it back. What do you guys think?

You literally were asking for it to be taken. You brought someone underage to help you bring the alcohol to the counter. That is one of the dumbest things i've heard. going alone is the 2nd most important thing to do to get alc when you have a fake. rule #1 is to act over 21. no offense, but i would have done the same thing if i was the cashier. and also,DO NOT TRY TO GET IT BACK. take the loss

I had a friend with me to help me carry all the alc to the counter. When the cashier started ringing up the stuff, he left and stood outside, and the cashier said he needed to see his ID as well. I told them he didn't have it with him, so they took my ID. It was such bullshit.

Count your losses. Best case if you do that, the manager will be suspicious and call the cops. You just went from losing a few bucks to facing the criminal charges that OH has for fake IDs. Do nothing, save some $$, rebuy, and always act the age on the card. I got turned away once too because my GF was with me, luckily it was before the register though so the dude just said they weren't allowed to sell to me and told me not to shop with underagers anymore
