Hi! So the payment failed and WU wants more information, so how what information would they be asking for and how do I "submit a ticket and tag evolved"?

I wouldn’t use western union.. use BTC and also u get the 40% off deal if you use BTC.. but you have to submit a ticket on the website

A ticket is a like a question or a something that has to do with your order. You can submit it by hitting contact on the website by just pay in BTC so much easier and u save more money
