21done Shipping ( self )

After looking at reviews here I decided to order on 21done. My problem is the shipping, it’s way passed the timeframe I expected it to be here. I already needed it asap as is, so I got priority shipping. I also heard about 1 week turnarounds from them. Have any of you experienced shipping delays and what was the turn around time like? I just want other opinions, just hoping I didn’t waste money. Thanks

I have and it was USPS not 21dones fault. I always order w priority/express so you get tracking and can show that it never arrived.

I was ordering for a friend and USPS got the Package to my city distribution center, and then the tracking never updated for a month. On Wickr they suggested I call the post office and ask which I did and they weren’t very helpful and basically said “Oops we lost it”. 2 weeks later I messaged 21done again and they offered to reship it. I’ve always had positive CS experiences w them so if you contact them they will help you out by shipping it to a different address.

USPS has been terribly inconsistent in general lately across the board. I normally account for a few extra delays by default.

Lastly, I guess it’s too late now but I would have suggested ordering a bit further in advance than 1 week rather than waiting and having it be urgent.

Well the turn around time is extremely predictable as far as when we produce and ship your order. We run on a weekly batch system and for the entire year of 2020 we shipped exactly once per week without fail. USPS has been terrible lately. All we can do is wait for them to iron out all of the issues they have been dealing with. Things are getting better, but if you have a situation like this where there is increased urgency, contact customer support first to get a feel for how USPS has been lately, and if you order, consider spending the extra money on USPS Express shipping, although that has had delays as well. They will get their shit together, but you will not learn anything you do not already know by making a post like this. All a post like this does is cause our customer service to get blown up by a couple dozen people who were waiting patiently but see this and suddenly assume we must have disappeared or something. All is well, all is running as intended, and the batch system continues on.
