Can I use FYD O21 NJ Instate? ( self )

Does anyone with a FYD NJ recommend using it instate? I want to know if it's too risky to do so

Edit: I'm mostly going to use it at Smoke Shops, Gas Stations and Liquor Stores, not clubs and bars.
