also should I get the old CA from BB or the new CA from ID god? it seems like BB is more instate passable, but when will I need to get a new one if I do this? I'd like it to be good for all 3 years until I'm actually 21.

In my honest opinion, avoid instate IDs. I know it looks far more suspicious and will be examined harder, but people do not know the difference between an ID from Colorado and one from California. If you have never seen a Colorado ID before, how will you know if it is fake or not?

Additionally, do not use your fake in college town. A Love's Gas employee won't know what a Colorado ID is supposed to look like. What about a college town that is riddled with actual legitimate IDs from everywhere including Colorado? The likelihood of getting it taken is far greater.

Using your actual name is up to you. I personally used pseudonyms. With pseudonyms, you do increase the severity of the crime if caught in some instances. It really depends on state law. I do not know the law anymore, but when I studied in Alaska (no longer there and long ago), possession of an altered ID with the intent to purchase alcohol was a misdemeanour. However, possession of a fraudulent ID with the intent to purchase alcohol was a felony because it was deemed as identity fraud (even if it had your actual address and name). Modifying your name is identity fraud as it is misrepresenting who you are. The legal consequences between having your real name and a fake name was nonexistent. Therefore, the benefits of being able to drop the ID and leave the bar ASAP without connection was a simple choice. Additionally, in some states, having your actual name but a fraudulent address is considered identity fraud and thus a felony as well. It depends on state law.

The likelihood of police getting involved is near 0 per cent. It is not something I would worry about. More often than not, they'll take your ID and ask you to leave. If you do not leave, that is when the police get involved.

1) felony: identity fraud, 2) misdemeanour: underage purchasing on alcohol, 3) misdemeanour/civil: minor in possession of intoxicating substances, 4) felony/misdemeanour: BAC above the legal limit of 0.00 (Alaska, other states will vary). Potentially 5) misdemeanour: evading arrest.

The legal consequences will vary greatly depending on state and court. I had a friend who lived in Nevada and got caught with a fake ID with a fake name and fake address with a BAC of 0.09% (no alcohol on persons). His fake was taken and his minor in possession got reduced to a civil infraction with 20 hours of community service.

It’s the trend around here lately to literally not accept out of state ids. Real or fake they don’t care, they won’t let you into clubs/bars with out of state. I could probably still get out of state for use at convenience stores, but I’d rather it be all useful.... I don’t know. Besides, if I’m not gonna use it in my college town there’s no point in getting it, haha. Thanks for the legal advice. Maybe I’ll re-examine once I get to college and see what’s going on around me and what other people do

BB hands down, And put your real name on it because if a cop snatches it and it's a fake name, Could potentially face a felony charge.

I heard that! A friend told me that if you use a fake name you could get charged with something super serious like identity theft but I thought she was bullshitting. So that's true? Thanks 4 the advice

I ask about the name cause I'm nervous that if a bar takes it away it could be traced back to me. I have a super identifiable name, I'm the only one.

90% of the time no one bothers to follow up on taken IDs. Most bars won't even turn them over to police. Even if the bar sends your ID to the police, there's a slim chance they will follow up on it. Worst case scenario, you may get a letter, but it's hard for police to prove that it was you using the ID. Just because an ID with my name and face was taken doesn't mean I purchased it/used it.

Idk if i'm just being nit picky but the fact that the word "California" at the top left of the BB O21 id is too low and close to the blue line really stood out to me...

Because of their simplicity, the game's graphics are still enjoyable today. To play geometry dash, simply click your mouse's left button and hope your nerves are strong enough to keep your mouse alive. When watching let-plays, it appears to be quite simple, but controlling square on your own is much more difficult because you must feel timings to avoid danger. There are no checkpoints in geometry dash. You'll almost certainly finish the level in one sitting. You lose if you die. There's no other option, so you'll have to hone your attention and finger control to succeed.
