Hey, any word on the lost Oregon IDs (delayed a few weeks already) that you said would be sent out "right away" last week? If they were expedited and sent out when they were supposed to be, why aren't they here yet? Why do I still not have a tracking number?

Oh, and before you tell me to "get off [your] comments" and submit a ticket, I did--and most of the time, you take forever to reply.

shut up dude, you're super annoying. You aren't special, we respond to every ticket, and it never takes "forever", we respond to every ticket submitted within 4 hours or less. Thanks!

four hours or less? that's really funny, because in every instance except one it's taken at least two or three days.

"shut up dude, you're super annoying" lmao, excuse me for wanting an update on what I ordered from you? your alleged turnaround time of 1-2 weeks is clearly BS, as a few others on this forum seem to have confirmed. i realize i've been contacting you a lot, but i think i have a right to know where tf my order went? i wouldn't be so "annoying" if you'd just give me an update or post my tracking number or something. your service/communication has been really disappointing.
