I ordered from Dove nearly two months ago. I understand that corona has caused been causing issues and delays for vendors, but communication from Dove these past few weeks has been terrible in my experience. I have reached out multiple times over the past two weeks with no responses (except a reply to one of my comments a few days ago, though my emails and PM's go unanswered). Hopefully this post will reach Dove so I can get in touch with them.
I would like to resolve the question regarding my order via email or PM, but more generally I've seen some questions from the community that never got a clear answer from Dove about the Tennessee ID:

Does the ID have the gold star to meet RealID certifications? I've asked this before but never got a clear answer.
- Does the back of the TN have the "a" and "t" in "Date" touching? Dove replied in a thread about this and said they'd post pics but never did, and never gave a clear yes or no answer.
Like I said, I totally understand the difficulty caused by the virus, and am sure Dove is working hard to catch up. However, I haven't been very happy with their communication, and hope they see this and reply to my messages.
