Just a heads up, if you pay at the counter in a post office, the tracking number is forever linked to the station where you paid, and can very easily be used by the USPIS to locate the exact location, time, date, counter, and camera feed showing who the person is who paid for the shipment. Cameras in the parking lot will also identify the plates on the vehicle. You need to use an online service that does Customs forms preparation so that the flat rate can be dropped in a blue mail box. You can ship up to 3.5oz to Canada via First Class in a regular envelope for $2.08 in stamps on the front without a Customs form. Be safe.

When I drop packs at the post office, they charge me like $20 international for flat rate priority mail. Go in and pay with cash, no trace if it’s a not so legal package.
